Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow - this year is flying by!  I can't believe Thanksgiving is tomorrow and December's right around the corner.  Whether you're traveling to see family and friends, cooking up a storm, or watching football, we hope you enjoy your holiday.  From all of us at The Beran Group, we wish you and your family a very happy Thanksgiving!

3 eggs                         3/4 C Bisquick                          1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 C sugar                    2 tsp cinnamon                       1 C chopped nuts

2/3 C canned pumpkin                                                1/2 tsp nutmeg

Heat oven to 375.  Grease a 15x10x1 jelly roll pan.  Line top and sides with waxed paper. Grease waxed paper.  Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.  Beat in pumpkin.  Stir in dry ingredients.  Pour into pan, spread evenly.  Sprinkle with nuts.  Bake for 13-15 minutes.  Invert onto towel dusted with powdered sugar.  Peel off waxed paper.  Roll up cake and towel together from short side.  Place seam-side down on wire rack.  Cool completely.  Unroll cake. Spread with filling.  Reroll cake.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Filling:  Beat together 1 C powdered sugar, 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 6 T butter, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.
