Brittany has always had a habit of following her curiosity, even when it leads somewhere unexpected, like real estate. A lifelong learner with an appetite for both questions and possibilities, she graduated from William & Mary with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a minor in Art & Art History while also completing the requirements for a B.S. in Psychology. Her education gave her plenty of opportunities to explore how the mind works, what shapes the way people think and behave, and how much our understanding can change when we look at something from a different perspective.

That curiosity has carried her through a career spanning hospitality, wellness, farm market management, digital marketing, and design. Each turn has added something to the way she approaches the next: analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, adaptability, storytelling, strategy, or simply the confidence to try something unfamiliar. Brittany is drawn to emerging technology and bold ideas, but just as interested in the people and communities they can serve. Guided by logic and imagination, she approaches new challenges with an open mind, a willingness to experiment, and the belief that an unconventional path can sometimes lead somewhere far more interesting.

Real estate may be new territory, but joining The Beran Group feels surprisingly natural among the many turns that brought her here. Brittany is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team, work closely with Kristin Beran Krupp, and learn the industry from those around her while bringing her own experiences and perspective to the table. If her path so far is any indication, she’s exactly where her curiosity is supposed to take her next.
